About FedEx Cross Border

International shopping forTeam Ninja products is offered through FedEx Cross Border. FedEx Cross Border allows us to show all our prices in your currency and displays your final total during Checkout. Your price includes shipping cost of your choice, required custom fees, insurance (optional), and item(s) cost.


When you place an international order, your transaction will be with FedEx Cross Border and your payment is processed through FedEx Cross Border.


How to Order

  1. Confirm or change your country by clicking the country name in the top left corner of the page.
  2. Start shopping!
  3. On the cart page- choose “INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT”.
  4. When you check out, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by FedEx Cross Border.
  5. You'll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
  6. If you don't see your country listed,Team Ninja doesn't currently ship to that destination.
  7. If you are shipping to the U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.
  8. Team Ninja is unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by FedEx Cross Border and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.

Exchange rates forTeam Ninja are updated by FedEx Cross Border every day.


Duties & Taxes

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise purchased in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that FedEx Cross Border supports.


Payment Methods

Payment methods vary by destination. You'll see all your options during Checkout.Team NinjaGift Cards are not accepted at this time. In addition you will be unable to purchase a Gift Card through FedEx Cross Border checkout.


Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs will be calculated by FedEx Cross Border based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method, Customs and VAT Fees, and your shipping destination.


Shipping Timeline

Once your transaction is complete,Team Ninja will ship your item to the FedEx Cross Border shipping hub in the United States. FedEx Cross Border then ships your order to its final international destination.

Items will ship from our distribution center within 7-14 days after your order has been placed.Then add the additional shipping range specific to your destination once the order has shipped. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in Checkout.

International Returns

All returns must be correctly processed through:support@teamninja.com.Team Ninjaitems sent to our distribution center without a return done throughsupport@teamninja.com will be discarded upon receipt.

  • By issuing a return toTeam Ninja, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy.
  • The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded byTeam Ninja and a refund will not be issued.
  • Team Ninja will not send back rejected merchandise to the customer.
  • If you are returning a “gift”, you will need the zip code to the shipping address and order number used to place the order.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes any Customs or VAT Fees paid during checkout.
  • Team Ninja does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center.

Damaged Items: 

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached tosupport@teamninja.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements.Team Ninja is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.


If you have received an incorrect item, please contactsupport@teamninja.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
