Unfortunately, Team Ninja cannot guarantee address changes if the order is already in production. If the customer would like to check if it’s possible to change the shipping address, please email support@teamninja.com and include the order number and updated shipping address. If the package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to Team Ninja’s Distribution Center, Team Ninja will notify the customer via email.

Unfortunately Team Ninja cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If the customer would like to check if it’s possible to cancel an order, please email support@teamninja.com and include the order number and request for the order to be canceled.

If the customer would like to check if it’s possible to make changes to the items in an order, please email support@teamninja.com and include the order number and the item and/or size change. If the package has shipped, once the order is delivered you may process a return.

Team Ninja does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact the shipping courier to locate packages.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Team Ninja due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of the item(s) minus the shipping charge.

    International shopping for Team Ninja products is offered through FedEx Cross Border. FedEx Cross Border allows Team Ninja to show all prices in the customers currency and displays the final total during Checkout. The price includes shipping cost of the customers choice, required custom fees, insurance (optional), and item(s) cost.

    When the customer places an international order, the transaction will be with FedEx Cross Border and the payment is processed through FedEx Cross Border.

  • Start shopping!
  • On the cart page- choose “INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT”.
  • When checking out, the financial transaction and shipment will be processed by FedEx Cross Border..
  • There will be a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
  • If a country is not listed, Team Ninja does not currently ship to that destination.
  • If you are shipping to the U.S. or an APO/FPO address, simply proceed through the regular Checkout process.
  • Team Ninja is unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
  • International shipping costs will be calculated by FedEx Cross Border based on the items being purchased, the chosen shipping method, Customs and VAT Fees, and the shipping destination.

    Once a transaction is complete, Team Ninja will ship the order to the FedEx Cross Border shipping hub in the United States. FedEx Cross Border then ships the order to its final international destination. Items will ship from the Team Ninja distribution center within 7-14 days after an order has been placed. After processing, add the additional shipping range specific to the destination once the order has shipped. There will be a shipping range specific to the destination in Checkout.

    By processing a return a customer acknowledges and agrees with the entire Team Ninja Return Policy and understands the terms. Click here: Team Ninja Returns to process a return. You will need your order number and email address the order was placed under to begin a return.

    Because Team Ninja cannot ensure the customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their items are returned to the Team Ninja distribution center, Team Ninja is unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. By processing a return and sending item(s) back, the customer will receive a refund for the net price of the returned item(s). Team Ninja is not responsible for the cost of shipping a new order once the return has been processed.

    If items received are incorrect, please contact support@teamninja.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

    Damaged items must be reported/emailed to support@teamninja.com within 3 days of receipt with photos attached. If not reported within 3 days, Team Ninja will not issue replacements. Team Ninja is not responsible for product damages that occur during shipping. Team Ninja is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

    If an order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, Team Ninja will issue a refund for item(s), not in stock and ship the remaining available items in the order.

    All charges on Team Ninja are processed in the currency of the country you are ordering from.

    Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. Team Ninja is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.

    The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice is non-negotiable. Team Ninja will not apply retroactive discounts to orders being processed or that have been processed. Discount codes and site wide sales are only good on orders placed after the start date and before the end date of the discount code/sale. The discount code must be entered during the payment process as it can not be applied later.

    Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on a statement, depending on how the bank or financial institution processes them. If Team Ninja processed a refund and it has not been received after 10 business days, the customer must contact their Bank or Credit Card Company to see if the refund is still pending. Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.

    If the customer has contacted their Bank or Credit Card Company and still has not received a refund, please contact support@teamninja.com.

    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

    Once a return is received and inspected, Team Ninja will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return via email. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit (less original shipping fees) will be applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

    If the customer used store credit or a gift card to make a purchase and returned items from the order, the refund will be credited to the store account/gift card. There will be no monetary exchange for returned or canceled orders made with a store credit or a gift card.
